Website inquiries and text messages
This website can collect a mobile number with a contact or tour request. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages. The optional SMS checkbox records your consent selection with the inquiry so the leasing team can honor it. The website itself does not automatically send text messages.
Consent
Text messages should be sent only after you voluntarily provide a mobile number and ask for, or clearly agree to receive, SMS communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying, leasing, purchasing goods or services, or receiving housing information. You may continue to use the telephone, email, or contact-page options without agreeing to texts.
Message content and frequency
Messages may concern an inquiry, appointment, tour, application, leasing question, resident-service request, or another conversation you initiated. Message frequency varies with your request and the status of that conversation. Stone Cove does not promise a fixed number of messages.
Costs and delivery
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. Text messaging is not monitored as an emergency channel; call emergency services for an immediate threat and use the property's established emergency-maintenance process for urgent maintenance.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to a text-message conversation to request that messages from that sender stop. Reply HELP for available assistance, or contact the leasing office using the details on our contact page. A single confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out request; no additional promotional messages should follow unless you provide new consent.
Mobile information and privacy
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Information may be provided to service providers only as needed to operate or support an authorized messaging conversation, or when disclosure is required by law. For questions about a text you received, call the leasing office at (904) 817-0412 or email Stonecove@stylespm.com. Please include enough information to identify the conversation, but do not send Social Security numbers, financial account details, or identification documents by text or email.
