OUR TENANTS LOVE US!
PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE SAY
I've been a tenant at Stone Cove very close to 2 years and recently renewed my lease. I have solid reasons for renewing and many of them are directly the result of having Heather VanSciver as our apartment manager. II have been a renter for the last 25 years and can honestly say this is the first place I've felt truly feels like home. Heather keeps a watchful eye on the community. Thanks to Heather I am set up for autopay. I was having a difficult time setting it up and I really appreciated the help. When I was having issues with my neighbors - she was proactive in finding a solution. Heather also encourages friendships/community- As a 72 yr old single woman I truly value her approach. Lastly, if I have had any type of issues in the apartment she is always attentive and helps solve it as soon as possible. I highly recommend Stone Cove!
My parents now being retired were moving from upstate NY and were looking for a place near the coast. Heather was incredibly helpful and so nice. Really took their needs into consideration when showing us around, as my father is disabled. They ended up moving further south in FL to be closer to family but wouldn’t otherwise hesitate to rent from Heather at Stone Cove
Very thankful we came across these apartments. First off we felt right at home thanks to Heather, One of the apartment managers, who was very helpful with everything and always got back to us right away. She is amazing! Lawn service weekly, very helpful and kind maintenance crew, cute porch, and the sweetest neighbors! Love this little community!
